off-chain (Main Ledger D1) + USDT vault + Σ per-AGL (Asset section qty × Currencies USD rate)
— derived from each ledger's Asset section (what it actually holds), not its Equity section (sum of stakeholder claims).
Off-chain inventory + USDT vault, as recorded on the Main Ledger's off chain asset balance tab (cell D1).
Each AGL expanded to show the assets it holds — native quantity, USD-per-unit rate from the master Currencies sheet, USD-equivalent total. Click a ledger row to open its source Balance sheet.
AUM is computed from each AGL's Asset section (what the ledger holds), not its Equity section (stakeholder claims). When books reconcile these totals are equal per ledger, but the asset side is the semantically correct read for AUM and removes any risk of double-counting items also tracked on the Main Ledger.
The USD Treasury Balance is a stricter cut: off-chain cash + USDT vault + the DAO's equity stake in each AGL only. AUM here is the gross picture — the DAO's equity plus investor capital plus all the cacao + packaging + other inventory across every managed ledger.
